The Gone Fishing, from our Artist Selections — thirty pre-designed builds from the Forever Casket studio, created in the same builder you can use yourself. A white lid over a hunter green base, finished with brass hardware and the embroidered Bass Strike head panel (design #1120 from our panel library). Designed as a complete thought, and made exactly as shown.

Built on our customizable Fairview: formed from 20-gauge steel with a durable powder-coat finish and continuous-weld construction, with full-length swing-bar handles, matched corner hardware, and a lid that opens to a carefully pleated bright white interior. Want to adjust a color or choose a different panel? Open it in the Casket Builder, or call us — every Artist Selection can be tailored before production.

Like every casket we deliver, it arrives fully assembled with the interior complete — nothing to install and nothing extra to buy. We ship on your schedule and coordinate directly with your funeral home, and our team answers day and night at +1 213-714-3400.

Honest pricing

A comparable casket. Two very different bills.

When a casket is sold through a showroom, the price often multiplies along the way. We sell direct to you, so the price reflects the casket, not the building it's sold in.

At a funeral home

An illustrative example — 20-gauge steel

  • Casket wholesale cost $1,100
  • Showroom & overhead markup + $1,600
  • Retail markup + $1,800
What you pay $4500

At Forever Casket

The same quality, sold direct

  • The casket itself $1,100

What you pay $1499

Shipping to the funeral home is calculated at checkout.

That difference stays with your family — for the service, the flowers, or simply each other.

Who does this casket fit?

Our standard caskets fit a person up to about 6ft 3in tall and up to around 300 lbs.

Our oversize caskets fit up to about 6ft 7in and give real extra room across the shoulders, hips and middle.

For a child, the Angel series fits up to about 3 ft 2 in tall and the Guardian series up to about 4 ft 2 in.

If you're not sure which is right for the person you're arranging for, call us at +1 213-714-3400 or email help@forevercasket.com and we'll confirm the fit before you order.

Where do you ship, and how fast can it arrive?

We ship anywhere in the US, 7-days a week. Most caskets take three to five days from order to delivery. If your service falls sooner than that, tell us and we can move it to a one-day shipment.

Give us your timing when you order and we'll build the delivery around it.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the funeral home's address, and we coordinate the delivery with them directly.

Will the funeral home accept my casket?

Yes, always. Under the FTC's Funeral Rule, funeral homes are required to accept a casket you bought elsewhere. They can't charge you a fee for it, they can't require you to be present for the delivery, and they can't treat you any differently for it. It's your right. We deliver directly to them and handle all the coordination

What's included in the price?

The complete casket. Each one arrives fully assembled with an adjustable bed, matching pillow and throw — nothing to install and nothing extra to buy. Shipping to the funeral home is the only addition, and it’s shown at checkout before you pay.

What if the casket won't arrive in time?

We won't sell you a casket that can't reach you on schedule. We confirm the delivery date before you order and we track every shipment ourselves. If anything outside our control ever put the timing at risk, we'd tell you straight away and issue a full refund. On-time arrival is guaranteed in writing.

What if the casket arrives damaged?

We take real care to make sure it doesn't. Every casket is inspected before it ships and packed to travel safely. In the rare case anything isn't right, we make it right straight away: a fast refund and a replacement sorted, with no drawn-out claims process. Just call or email us at help@forevercasket.com and we'll take care of it quickly.

Is the quality the same as a funeral home casket?

Yes. Our caskets are built with the same construction you'll find at a funeral home, the same gauges of steel, the same hardwoods, the same fully finished interiors, typically at a much lower price.

Can I order by phone or ask a question first?

Always. Call day or night at +1 213-714-3400, or email us at help@forevercasket.com. A real person answers, never a phone tree, never a script.

What's the difference between stainless steel and regular steel?

Stainless steel resists corrosion better than standard powder-coated steel and holds a brighter, longer-lasting finish. Families often choose it as a premium option for its durability and appearance.

What does "gauge" mean?

Gauge is the thickness of the steel, and a lower number means thicker metal. Our standard caskets are 20-gauge, a durable and time-tested choice. Our premium range steps up to heavier 18-gauge.

What is a cloth-covered casket?

A cloth-covered casket is built on a sturdy wood frame wrapped in fabric. It's a dignified, more economical choice, and a common one for cremation or a simpler service. Many families use one for a full service and viewing beforehand.

Is this made for burial, cremation, or both?

Most of our caskets are made for burial and viewing. Our cloth-covered range is the one built for cremation, and solid wood can suit cremation too, though some crematories have their own requirements and certain hardware may need removing. Tell us your plans and we'll confirm the right choice for you.

How do I know if I need an oversize casket?

Our standard caskets suit most builds up to around 300 lbs. If the person you're arranging for is broader across the shoulders, hips or middle than that, or heavier than a standard comfortably holds, an oversize is the safer choice. When in doubt, call us. We'd rather get it right than have you guess.
