1. Free Standard Ground Shipping
Forever Casket offers free standard ground shipping on all caskets (or funeral products) to eligible delivery zones (e.g. continental U.S., or your defined region).
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, we prepare to ship it as soon as possible.

Most caskets (standard and custom) are ready for shipment within one (1) business day after order confirmation, unless otherwise noted.

If you request a specific delivery date, please inform us at time of order; we will do our best to accommodate it.
3. Delivery Time / Transit Estimate

Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days from the ship date, depending on location.

Weekend or holiday delivery is not guaranteed (carriers generally do not operate on those days).

For remote or hard-to-reach areas, transit may take longer.
4. Shipping Method & Services

We generally ship using LTL (“less-than-truckload”) ground freight, which may involve terminal transfers and stops along the route.

To assist with delivery, we include liftgate or forklift service at the delivery site wherever feasible.

For expedited needs, we may arrange dedicated small-van or expedited freight services (for an extra cost).
5. Expedited Shipping Option

If you require faster delivery than standard service allows, we offer expedited shipping at an additional fee.

The extra cost depends on distance, speed, and delivery location — expect additional charges such as USD $250–$500 (or equivalent) for nearby deliveries, more for farther routes.

6. No Air Freight Option
Currently, we do not offer air freight as a shipping option. Ground transit remains safer and more reliable for large, delicate freight. If you need alternate arrangements, contact us — we’ll explore special solutions.
7. Delivery Scheduling & Time Windows

You may request a delivery day; we’ll aim to deliver during regular business hours.

However, we cannot guarantee a precise time window (e.g. “2:00–4:00 PM”) since routes are finalized by carriers on the day of delivery.

We will attempt to honor reasonable delivery time requests when possible.
8. Delivery Locations & Flexibility

We can ship to funeral homes, residences, warehouses, commercial addresses, or other storage facilities — you choose the delivery location.

Yes, we can deliver directly to your address (if accessible by freight).

If you prefer to pick up your casket at our facility (or designated warehouse), that is allowed at no extra charge — just ensure your vehicle can safely transport the boxed casket (typical boxed dimensions: ~90″ × 33″ × 30″).
9. Presence & Inspection at Delivery

You are not legally required to be present when the casket is delivered to the funeral home. The funeral home must accept it just as if they had ordered it themselves.

Some customers choose to be present so they can inspect the casket before acceptance.

If you do plan to be present, we’ll do our best to provide estimated delivery timing.
10. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order leaves our facility, we’ll notify you when it’s scanned into the carrier system.

You’ll receive updates on any schedule changes or delays.

11. Title, Liability & Risk

Title and risk of loss typically transfer to you (or the designated recipient) once the carrier picks up the casket from our facility.

Should damage or missing parts occur in transit, you must report this immediately upon delivery (within carrier claim windows). We will assist you with claims.
12. Shipping to International / Non-Standard Zones

For deliveries outside our standard shipping zone (e.g. non-continental U.S., Canada, overseas), additional duties, taxes, fees, or shipping surcharges may apply.

You are responsible for paying any customs or import charges, and coordinating delivery details or paperwork.
13. Limitations & Special Cases

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible by freight carriers.

In some cases, partial delivery or terminal pickup may be required (you will be notified).

We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
