Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns received in damaged or altered condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges, Cancellations & Fees
If you need to return, exchange, or cancel your order:

A 30% restocking fee will apply.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If an order is refused upon delivery for reasons not related to damage, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the same fees will apply.
Important: Always inspect your order upon arrival.
If you see any damage or defects, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Once we confirm the issue and receive documentation, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost. Please keep all original packaging for verification.
Return Shipping Details

Returns must be shipped securely using the original packaging.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Delivery & Change Requests
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–7 business days.
Once shipped, we’re unable to delay or reroute deliveries. Please ensure your funeral home is aware a delivery is on the way.
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, it will be treated as a cancellation, with applicable restocking and shipping fees applied.
If you need to change the delivery address before shipment, contact us immediately at help@forevercaskets.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method — minus the 30% restocking fee and any return shipping costs.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after approval.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders — such as non-standard colors, finishes, or hardware options — cannot be refunded or exchanged once production has started.
However, we always aim to be fair and understanding. If something goes wrong, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to find a reasonable solution.
